Whip up this easy and quick breakfast, high in protein.


Eggs 2
Mixed cheese 1/2
Oat fiber 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Roasted bell pepper seasoning To Taste



1. Whisk all the ingredients together.

2. Place 3 tablespoons of the egg liquid at a time for each chaffle.

3. Cook for 4 minutes then remove from heat.


4. Serve with other items like bacon, etc. and enjoy!
