You will love my egg salad crisp recipe! It is perfect as a snack or as a meal replacement. It is so delicious, and will please even non low carbers, enjoy


Eggs 5 Large
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Minced red onion 1 Tablespoon
Sugar free relish 1/2 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Smoked paprika To Taste
Cheddar 1 1/2 Ounce



1. Microwave for 90 seconds then lay on a wire rack to harden.


2. Serve and Enjoy!
