This is my best way to eat canned salmon. This recipe for low carb salmon patties is simply delicious!
Salmon | 6 Ounce | |
Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (low carb one) | |
Minced onion | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Full fat sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Finely chopped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
Fresh lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
21 seasoning solute | 1 Teaspoon | |
Old bay seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Egg | 1 Large | |
Oil | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1. In a medium saucepan saute the onions and peppers for 4 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and portion into 4 equal parts. Form each portion into a bowl and then flatten to form into patties as demonstrated in the video.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a heated saucepan. Fry the patties for 2 minutes on each side.
SERVING:
4. Remove and serve hot.
