This is my best way to eat canned salmon. This recipe for low carb salmon patties is simply delicious!
|Bread crumbs||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (low carb one)|
|Minced onion||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Full fat sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1/4 Teaspoon|
|21 seasoning solute||1 Teaspoon|
|Old bay seasoning||1/2 Teaspoon|
1. In a medium saucepan saute the onions and peppers for 4 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and portion into 4 equal parts. Form each portion into a bowl and then flatten to form into patties as demonstrated in the video.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a heated saucepan. Fry the patties for 2 minutes on each side.
4. Remove and serve hot.
