90 Second Blueberry Acai Smoothie

This yogurt breakfast smoothie is packed with some of the most powerful Superfoods on earth. Its rich in disease-fighting antioxidants which help prevent premature aging and promote cardiovascular and digestive health.

Ingredients

Frozen acai pulp 100 Gram ((about 6 tablespoons))
Frozen blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Peeled bananas 1 , cut in half
Reduced fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Low fat vanilla yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender, combine ice, milk, yogurt, acai pulp, blueberries, honey, and banana. Blend until smooth.

SERVING

2. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
