|Worcestershire sauce||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Balsamic vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lager beer||1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||To Taste|
1. In a large saucepan combine onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, beer, and hot sauce. Stir and bring to a boil
2. Simmer for 1-3 hours to get desired consistency.
3. Baste ribs with sauce, grill and serve.
