Ingredients

Coriander yogurt dip
Coriander 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Mint sprigs 2
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1/4 Teaspoon
Thick yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Daily green chutney
Coriander 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Tomato 1 Small
Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Green chili 1/2
Ginger 1/2 Inch
Garlic green chutney
Coriander 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Garlic cloves 2 Large
Green chili 1/2
Dessicated coconut 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Roasted chana dal 2 Tablespoon
Curry leaves 4
Salt To Taste

Directions

CORIANDER YOGURT DIP

MAKING

1.  In a blender jar, add in the coriander, mint, lemon juice, salt, sugar and blend to a thick paste using minimal amounts of water if required. 

 

SERVING

2.  Transfer to a bowl, mix with yogurt and serve! 

 

TIP

Note : Ingredients like black salt, clove powder chaat masala can be added as you desire.

 

DAILY GREEN CHUTNEY

MAKING

1.  Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blend!

 

SERVING

2.  Serve with Daily Indian food or snacks.

 

GARLICKY GREEN CHUTNEY

MAKING

1.  Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blend to a smooth paste, using more water if required. 

 

SERVING

2.  Serve with mild snacks, or spread on recipes like vada pav, dosa.. Enjoy!
