Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Vanilla essence | 1 Teaspoon | |
Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

MAKING:
1. Add vinegar to milk along with vanilla essence.
2. Once the wet ingredients are mixed bring all the dry ingredients together.
3. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda together.
4. To butter add sugar and mix well.
5. In batches add the dry mixture and wet mixture to the butter and sugar mixture and whisk it well.
6. Make sure the batter is lump free.
7. Pre heat the oven at 170° - In a baking tray, apply butter and dust it with flour. Place a parchment paper and pour the batter evenly.
8. Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes.
