Rara Chicken is a juicy Indian Chicken recipe. This chicken gravy tastes best when paired with parotha or rice.
Ghee | 3 Tablespoon | |
Bay leaves | 3 | |
Chicken | 3/4 Kilogram (about 750 gms) | |
Chicken mince | 500 Gram | |
Ginger paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
Garlic paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
Onions | 4 , chop | |
Red chilli powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Garam masala powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Tomatoes | 2 , chop | |
Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Curd | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. Heat ghee in a wok, add bay leaves, chicken and saute it for 4-5 minutes.
2. Add chicken mince and fry it for 5 minutes.
3. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, saute it for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add onions and saute it well for another 5 minutes.
5. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, saute it for 5 minutes.
6. Add tomatoes and fry it for 5 minutes.
7. Add coriander powder, mix well and add curd.
8. Fry it for 5 minutes, add salt, cover it and cook it on medium flame till the chicken is done.
SERVING:
