Tomatoes | 3 , chop | |
Ginger | garlic paste | |
Boiled green peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , mash | |
Capsicum | 1 , chop | |
Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
Pav bhaji masala | 60 Gram (1 packet, Suhana) | |
Water | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Pav | 2 |
MAKING:
1.Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes, saute it for 4-5 minutes.
2.Add ginger-garlic paste, saute it for a minute.
3.Add capsicum, green peas, saute it and add suhana pav bhaji mix, mix it well and cook for a minute.
4.Add water and mix well. Cook it, till the mixture thickens. Our Bhaji is ready.
5.Now heat some butter in a pan and rub the pav in it. Our Pav Bhaji is ready.
SERVING:
6.Serve pav with bhaji and enjoy!
