While this recipe for sausage balls is usually made using breakfast sausage, I really prefer it with Italian sausage meat. This is a good keto appetizer and will be a hit to bring to your holiday parties. You cannot go wrong with this one.
Hot ground italian sausage meat | 1 Pound | |
Green onions | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Blanched almond flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sharp shredded cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Grated parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Egg | 1 Large | |
Garlic spread seasoning | 2 Teaspoon |
GETTING READY:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
MAKING:
2. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients together
3. Form into balls using your hand or to get a more uniform mixture use a small ice cream scoop.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
