In one of my recent videos, I did a Sams club food haul. One of my purchases was mozzarella meatballs. I was so excited to try these to only be disappointed with the taste. This prompted me to create my own recipe. These mozzarella meatballs are delicious. I hope you enjoy
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Fresh flat leaf parsley/Fresh basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Italian seasoning||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
1. Saute onions and garlic in oil until softened. Remove and allow to cool.
2. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients and form into balls.
3. Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. These can be served by themselves or in tomato sauce.
