This super easy 3 Ingredient No Cook Lemon Ice Cream, is so good your friends will never know that it takes just minutes to make.
35 % whipping cream | 500 Milliliter (about 2 cups) | |
Canned condensed milk | 300 Milliliter (1 can of 10 oz) | |
Lemons | 2 (zested and juiced about 175 ml or 3/4 cup) |
Makes about 1 quart.
MAKING:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and condensed milk.
2. Freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturer's instructions.
SERVING:
3. Serve immediately as soft serve, or spoon into a container and freeze until hardened.
