I make Indian Exotic Flavored Ice Creams every summer. This summer I am sharing my three all time favorite flavors - Kaju Gulkand (Cashew Rose Petal Jam), Variyali or Sauf (Fennel) Paan (Betel Leaves) Falooda

Ingredients

For base:
Heavy whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sweetened condensed milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ground cardamom 1/4 Teaspoon
For kaju gulkand:
Heavy whipping cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cashew 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Gulkand 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For variyali paan:
Fennel 1 Tablespoon
Heavy whipping cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Betel leaves To Taste
For falooda:
Falooda mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Heavy whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
