In this video, we will make Soya Chaap Tikka Recipe, in tandoori style without using tandoor or oven. This street style tandoori chaap sticks are easy to make, and super delicious, soft and juicy.


Coconut milk 18 Tablespoon (About 1 cup and 2 tbsp)
For marinade:
Dates 8 , pitted (bout 1/2 packed cup)
Yogurt 6 Tablespoon
Unsweetened cocoa powder 4 Teaspoon
Grass fed gelatin 1 Teaspoon
Chat masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Kasoori methi 1 Teaspoon
Black salt 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Mint powder 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon , melt
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
Color 1 Pinch (optional)
Soya 3 Cup (48 tbs) (About 9 soya chaap)
Cream 2 Tablespoon
Butter 7 Tablespoon (3 tbs for broiling and 4 tbsp is for mixing the chaap)
Onion 1 , thinly sliced
Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Finely chopped green chillies 1 Teaspoon
