Lahori Fish Tacos - Party Appetizers

A delicious party appetizer made by combining flavors from Pakistan and Mexico.

Ingredients

For the dough
Durum flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Oil 2 Teaspoon
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((as required))
Salt 1 Pinch
Other ingredients
Sour cream 250 Gram
Lime 1/2
Zest of lime 1/2
Flour 2 Tablespoon ((For dusting))
Oil 2 Tablespoon , divided
Lahori fish 1 Pound
Chat masala To Taste
Mexican chili sauce 2 Dash
Chopped coriander 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1.Using a stand mixer, mix together durum flour, all – purpose flour, oil, water and salt.

2.Make dough and wrap with a plastic wrap, let it sit for 30 minutes.

3.In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lime juice and zest. Set aside.

MAKING

4.Dust the kitchen counter with some flour and divide the dough into small portions. Roll with a rolling pin. Cut using a round cutter.

5.Heat a flat skillet and place one taco, adding some oil cook from both sides. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.

FINALIZING

6.Place the tacos on a plate and top with sour cream, Lahori fish, chat masala, Mexican sauce and coriander.

SERVING

7.Serve with some sour cream dip.
