In this recipe I take my fave deviled eggs and give it a street food style Mumbai twist. Deviled Eggs and Chat are two different things, slap them together and you have a new amazing idea!
Hard boiled eggs | 4 , halved | |
Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
Cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Red chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Chaat masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Finely minced onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
Minced green chilies | 1 Teaspoon | |
Finely chopped coriander | 1 Tablespoon | |
Tamarind sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chilli garlic sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Green chutney | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
For garnish: | ||
Red chilli powder | 1 Pinch | |
Chaat masala | 1 Pinch | |
Finely minced onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
Sliced green chili | 1 Tablespoon | |
Finely chopped coriander | 1 Tablespoon | |
Tamarind sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Green chilli sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sev | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1. Mash all the yolks and add the mayonnaise and all the other ingredients and chill.
2. Pipe into the egg cases and add all the garnish.
