Chinese Bhel Fusion Indo-Chinese Video Recipe

Chinese bhel is an Indian fast food originated from Northeast India. Basically as a variation of chop suey, it is widely popular in Mumbai. Since the key ingredient for this recipe is fried noodles, I thought of focusing on making perfect fried noodles in this video and the rest is just very simple, quick and easy!


For noodle:
Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Rice flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for greasing and frying the noodles)
For bhel:
Chopped vegetables 5 Cup (80 tbs) , chop (onion, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Tomato 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Soy sauce 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Moong sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
