Chinese bhel is an Indian fast food originated from Northeast India. Basically as a variation of chop suey, it is widely popular in Mumbai. Since the key ingredient for this recipe is fried noodles, I thought of focusing on making perfect fried noodles in this video and the rest is just very simple, quick and easy!
|Plain flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rice flour||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (for greasing and frying the noodles)|
|Chopped vegetables||5 Cup (80 tbs) , chop (onion, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper)|
|Ginger paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Moong sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
