Deep Dish Cinnamon Streusel Dessert Pizza Recipe Grill Dome Summer Pizza Series

Ingredients

Pizza dough 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cinnamon sugar 4 Tablespoon
Flour 14 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
White sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

 

GETTING READY

1. In a food processor put all ingredients of the crumble and give few pulses, until it starts to crumble.

2. Divide the pizza dough into 2 parts, form into balls and allow to sit for about 15 minutes.

3. Preheat grill dome to about 400F.

 

MAKING

4. In a 10 inch pan stretch one ball of the pizza dough. Sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar.

5. Cover with the other pizza dough and stretch to cover. Season again with about 2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar.

6. Add in the crumbles and spread evenly. Place in the grill dome and allow to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.

7. Drizzle with a mixture of heavy cream, maple syrup and and sugar.

 

SERVING

8. Cut into slices and serve.
