On this video we take tailgating food to a whole new level with this Korean chicken wing recipe. Typically this would be fried but smoked chicken wings on the Weber Kettle come out even better. This sauce is easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time. This is a must try recipe!

Chicken wings 2 Pound
Garlic cloves 4 Medium
Fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
Gochujang 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dark soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon

Clean and apply rub generously on the chicken wings and grill them on the rack at 250 degrees for 60 min.

In a large pan add gochujang, ginger, garlic, dark soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, and fish sauce. Refrigerate it.

Place the crispy grilled chicken into a bowl, add the Korean sauce and shake it well to coat the wings.

Plate it up and serve.
