This is something I do with left over pork. The options here are unlimited and make a delicious appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Wonton wrappers 6
Pulled pork 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , shredded (leftover)
Fuji apple 1/4 , peeled, cored and chopped
Goat cheese 2 Tablespoon
Barbecue sauce 1 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
For serving
Barbecue sauce 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a small bowl, put together the goat cheese and chopped apples and mix well. You can use more or less of apple and cheese depending on your choice.

2. In a pan preheat the oil to about 350 to 375 F.

MAKING

3. Place the wonton wrappers on a clean working table.

4. Put about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the centre of each wrapper along with ½ tablespoon of pulled pork.

5. Top it with ¼ teaspoon of barbecue sauce over the filling.

6. Wet the edges of wrapper, with wet hands, fold the wrapper diagonally and press the edges.

7. Crimp the edges of the wrappers with a fork to seal well.

8. Carefully place the raviolis in hot oil and let them fry until they get golden brown in colour, flip once while frying.

9. Remove the raviolis using tongs and drain on paper towels.

SERVING

10. Serve hot with barbecue sauce on side.
