MAKING
2. Roll the pizza dough on a floured board into about 12 inch pizza base which might later shrink to a size of 10 inch.
3. Apply olive oil all over the pizza base.
4. Make pizza sauce by blending sundried tomatoes with tomato sauce. Spread it out on the pizza base.
5. Lift the pizza base on a floured flat metal pizza peel.
6. Put sliced onions, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese all over the pizza. Slide the pizza on the pizza stone in the oven. After a few minutes, rotate the pizza with the help of pizza hooks or peel.
7. When the pizza is done in about 4-5 minutes, take it off the oven. Garnish it with fresh basil and drizzle some olive oil over the top.
SERVING
8. Slice the pizza into 8 pieces and serve hot.
