An awesome grilled steak tacos with a fresh homemade cilantro chimichurri sauce. Enjoy.

GETTING READY
For the marinade – in large bowl, add in all the ingredients.
In a Ziploc bag, add in the flank steaks and pour in the marinade. Remove the air and let it marinade for 3 – 4 hours.
Preheat the dome grill.
MAKING
For the chimichurri sauce – in a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Set aside in a jar to let the flavor incorporate.
Take out the steak from the marinade and place over the grill. Cook 3 – 4 minutes per side.
Grill the tacos and slice the steaks across the grain.
FINALIZING
Take two tacos and top with avocado, steaks, chimichurri sauce and fresco.
SERVING
Serve with some more chimichurri sauce.
