Regular milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Tukmaria seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
Rose syrup | 1 Teaspoon | |
Falooda sev | 1 Tablespoon , boiled | |
Almond | 1 Tablespoon | |
Pistachio | 1 Tablespoon | |
Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Vanilla ice cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1.Soak tukmaria seeds for 1 hour, drain and keep aside.
2.Boil falooda sev for 2 -3 minutes, run under cold water and drain.
MAKING
3.In a container mix adding milk, cardamom powder, falooda sev, tukmaria, almonds, pistachio and rose syrup.
4.Taste for sweetness and then add sugar.
5.Pour into a smoothie glass and top with vanilla ice cream.
SERVING
6.Sprinkle pistachios and serve chilled.
