Quick Easy Coconut (Nariyel) Sweet Prasad Dessert

Milk powder can be replaced with Almond meal flour powder. Here is a lip-smacking Coconut Prasad Recipes that is perfectly acceptable on fasting days and as prasad as well.

Ingredients

For pedas:
Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Unsweetened coconut flakes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Mawa/Milk powder 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Condensed milk/Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ground cardamom 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground saffron 1/4 Teaspoon
Almonds 4
For malai coconut laddu:
Unsweetened coconut flakes 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) , divided (2 cup for the batter and 1/2 cup for the coating)
Mawa/Milk powder 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Condensed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dried cranberries 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (optional)
Ground cardamom 1/2 Teaspoon
For coconut mysore pak:
Desiccated coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ghee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ground cardamom 1 Pinch
For pineapple coconut truffle:
Dried pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dried coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coconut oil 1 Teaspoon
Powdered sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (for coating)
For coconut barfi:
Dry coconut 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Canned sweetened condensed milk 7 Ounce (about 1/2 can)
Freshly ground cardamom 1/2 Teaspoon
Pink food color 1/4 Teaspoon (optional)
Almonds 16
