BEEF Chilli Fry - In my community, a chilly fry is just a thing - typically, it's made of Beef or Shrimp and is always quick and delicious. There are so many Chilli fry recipes out there - this one was born after I created my Goan Beef Roulade and needed to do something with the leftovers. It was so delicious that it needed to stand alone.
