These Fish Taco's are like nothing you have had before, so good!


Halibut fillet 1 Large ((((or similar steak like fish fillet))))
Corn tortillas 6
For adobo rub:
Chilli powder 4 Teaspoon ((((preferably made with New Mexico or ancho chiles))))
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
For tomatilla salsa::
Onions 2 Medium
Jalapeno 1 Large ((((or 2 small ones))))
California chile 2 ((((Anaheim Chilies))))
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , chop
Chopped cilantro 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh lime juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Ground white pepper 1 Teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon ((((Mexican Oregano preferred))))
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
