Cold shortening 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Grated sharp cheddar cheese 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cold water 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Buttermilk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For garlic butter spread:
Melted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Dried parsley 1/4 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/8 Teaspoon
