In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Fish Tacos. These are soft corn tacos, loaded with Apple Cabbage Coleslaw, Deep-Fried Fish Nuggets, Chipotle Mayonnaise, and fresh cilantro.

|Apple cabbage coleslaw||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (((1 recipe)))|
|Deep fried fish nuggets||1 Pound|
|Chipotle mayonnaise||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (((1 recipe)))|
|Fresh cilantro||2 Tablespoon , coarsely chopped|
1. Soften corn tortillas as many you want.
2. Holding softened corn tortilla in one hand, spoon on layer of Apple Cabbage Coleslaw, followed by a layer of fish nuggets.
3. Top with Chipotle mayonnaise and chopped cilantro. Fold to cover and repeat the steps to make more.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
