Betty's Fish Tacos

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Fish Tacos. These are soft corn tacos, loaded with Apple Cabbage Coleslaw, Deep-Fried Fish Nuggets, Chipotle Mayonnaise, and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients

Corn tortillas 10 (((6
Apple cabbage coleslaw 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (((1 recipe)))
Deep fried fish nuggets 1 Pound
Chipotle mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (((1 recipe)))
Fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon , coarsely chopped

Directions

MAKING

1. Soften corn tortillas as many you want.

2. Holding softened corn tortilla in one hand, spoon on layer of Apple Cabbage Coleslaw, followed by a layer of fish nuggets.

3. Top with Chipotle mayonnaise and chopped cilantro. Fold to cover and repeat the steps to make more.

SERVING

4. Serve hot and enjoy!
