In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Fish Tacos. These are soft corn tacos, loaded with Apple Cabbage Coleslaw, Deep-Fried Fish Nuggets, Chipotle Mayonnaise, and fresh cilantro.

Deep fried fish nuggets | 1 Pound | |
Chipotle mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (((1 recipe))) | |
Fresh cilantro | 2 Tablespoon , coarsely chopped |
MAKING
1. Soften corn tortillas as many you want.
2. Holding softened corn tortilla in one hand, spoon on layer of Apple Cabbage Coleslaw, followed by a layer of fish nuggets.
3. Top with Chipotle mayonnaise and chopped cilantro. Fold to cover and repeat the steps to make more.
SERVING
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
