Making
Place cooked chicken, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and water in deep skillet.
Simmer about 20 minutes, or until filling is thickened.
Soften corn tortillas over a flame or in a skillet or oven.
Place desired amount of taco filling on center line of each tortilla.
Serving
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Place spinach-kale mix, sour cream, avocados, jalapeno peppers, ripe olives, and tomatoes over top of taco.
