Lunch Box Ideas and Tips : Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

Corn tortillas 1 Large
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Oaxaca cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded

Directions

MAKING

1. Over a big nonstick griddle brown tortilla on both sides applying butter.

2. Spread shredded cheese over it and fold.

3. Remove from the griddle and cut into wedges.

SERVING

4. Pack in the lunch box along with some steamed broccoli.

NOTE

You can include chopped vegetables and olives if you want.
