Perfect recipe for special occasions.


For base:
Plain chocolate biscuits 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Melted butter 80 Gram
Chocolate 250 Gram (1 packet of 125g each, finger shape)
For cheese filling:
Cream cheese 500 Gram
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Gelatine 3 Teaspoon
Boiling water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla extarct 1 Teaspoon
Cream 1 Teaspoon
Chocolate bar 50 Gram , finely chopped (honeycomb chocolate ber, plus extra for garnish)
