Cream cheese | 500 Gram | |
Canned sweetened condensed milk | 400 Gram ((1 can)) | |
Lime | 1 , juiced, zested ((plus extra zest for garnish)) | |
Freshly chopped mint | 2 Tablespoon ((plus extra mint leaves for garnish)) | |
Tequila/White rum /vodka | 50 Milliliter |
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine crushed cookies with melted butter.
In another bowl, combine cream cheese, condensed milk and beat using electric mixer.
Add lime zest, lime juice, mint and mix well.
Add tequila and mix well.
Divide cooking mixture between serving glasses and top with cheese mixture.
Garnish with grated lime zest and mint leaves.
Chill until serving.
