Summertime to me means delicious, juicy watermelon. This easy to make side dish only requires a few ingredients and is the perfect way to soak up Summertime!
Grated coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Coconut milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((nariyal ka doodh)) | |
Sliced sweet peppers | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Julienned carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sliced green onions | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Mung bean sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chopped cilantro | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING:
1.On a plate add the sliced watermelon or add the watermelon chunks in a bowl.
2. To the watermelon add the blueberries, thinly sliced red onion, feta chunks, mint leaves, salt, and pepper.
SERVING:
3.Drizzle with a small amount of balsamic, and serve! The easiest, prettiest, and most delicious side dish ever.
