Side Recipe - Watermelon, Blueberry And Feta Salad

Summertime to me means delicious, juicy watermelon. This easy to make side dish only requires a few ingredients and is the perfect way to soak up Summertime!


Grated coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (nariyal ka doodh)
Sliced sweet peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Julienned carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced green onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mung bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1.On a plate add the sliced watermelon or add the watermelon chunks in a bowl.

2. To the watermelon add the blueberries, thinly sliced red onion, feta chunks, mint leaves, salt, and pepper.


3.Drizzle with a small amount of balsamic, and serve! The easiest, prettiest, and most delicious side dish ever.
