Betty demonstrates how to make a Rich Pudding Fruit Salad. This salad is made of canned and fresh fruit, and the dressing is a simple combination of the liquids from the canned fruits and a packaged pudding mix.

Sliced peaches 15 Ounce , undrained ((1 Can))
Pineapple tidbits 20 Ounce , undrained ((1 Can))
Fresh strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) , quartered
Fresh blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Seedless green grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs) , halved
Peeled bananas 2 , slice
Instant vanilla pudding and pie filling 1 Packet ((Use ½ of inner packet, up to whole packet, depending on the amount of liquid the canned fruits have))

Place all of the prepared fruits in a very large bowl. Do not drain the canned fruits.

Sprinkle ½ packet to 1 whole packet of desired flavor of pudding and pie filling mix over top.

Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
