Betty demonstrates how to make a Rich Pudding Fruit Salad. This salad is made of canned and fresh fruit, and the dressing is a simple combination of the liquids from the canned fruits and a packaged pudding mix.
|Sliced peaches||15 Ounce , undrained ((1 Can))|
|Pineapple tidbits||20 Ounce , undrained ((1 Can))|
|Fresh strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) , quartered|
|Fresh blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs) , halved|
|Peeled bananas||2 , slice|
|Instant vanilla pudding and pie filling||1 Packet ((Use ½ of inner packet, up to whole packet, depending on the amount of liquid the canned fruits have))|
Place all of the prepared fruits in a very large bowl. Do not drain the canned fruits.
Sprinkle ½ packet to 1 whole packet of desired flavor of pudding and pie filling mix over top.
Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
