Soup Recipe- Moroccan Spiced Butternut Squash Soup

This easy to make soup is one of my favorites to make because of the explosion of flavor! The flavors are so complex in this soup it will blow you away and it will be the hit of the party!

Ingredients

Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
Red bell pepper 1 , chopped
Diced butternut squash 4 Cup (64 tbs) (peeled)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , minced
Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Cumin 1/2 Teaspoon
Cayenne 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh thyme leaves 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Vegetable broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Canned coconut milk 14 Ounce (1 can)
Goat cheese 4 Ounce (plus more for topping)
Pomegranate seeds 1 Tablespoon
Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
