This is a Chicken version - use pork for authentic version.

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet 1 ((cooked))
Mung bean noodles 100 Gram ((vermicelli))
Carrot 1 Large , peeled ((peeled, coarsely grated))
Lebanese cucumber 1 , finely chopped
Red capsicum 1/2 , deseeded ((finely chopped))
Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Sweet chilli sauce 1 Tablespoon
Iceberg lettuce leaves 8 Small , washed ((dried))
