This is a Chicken version - use pork for authentic version.

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet 1 (cooked)
Mung bean noodles 100 Gram (vermicelli)
Carrot 1 Large , peeled (peeled, coarsely grated)
Lebanese cucumber 1 , finely chopped
Red capsicum 1/2 , deseeded (finely chopped)
Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Sweet chilli sauce 1 Tablespoon
Iceberg lettuce leaves 8 Small , washed (dried)
