Surprise your friends with these delicious treat.

Ingredients

For the wet ingredients
Butter sticks 2 Medium
Stevia sweetener/Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 1 Medium
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Pumpkin puree 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
For the dry ingredients
Uncooked oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
All purpose flour
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 3 Tablespoon
Dark chocolate chips 12 Ounce

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.

2. Prepare a greased baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray.

MAKING

3. In a bowl combine butter and stevia sweetener and cream until well combined.

4. Add eggs, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree, blend everything until well combined.

5. Add oats, all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon powder. Blend everything until nicely incorporated.

6. Add dark chocolate chips and mix everything one last time.

7. Transfer the mixture into the baking pan, spread it evenly and bake in the preheated for 30 minutes.

8. Remove once done and allow it to cool, cut them into squares.

SERVING

9. Serve the Pumpkin Blondies after a hearty meal.
