Macaroons that simply blows you away.

Ingredients

For amaretti macaroons:
Almond meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Almond essence 2 Drop
Egg whites 2
For lemon syrup:
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For cream:
Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon
Lemon rind 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (to serve)
Limoncello liqueur 1 Teaspoon (to serve)
