Curry leaves are a popular fresh herb used in South Indian cooking. Curry Leaf Chicken Curry is a delicious, aromatic chicken delicacy from South Indian cuisine prepared using curry leaves, coriander, and a few fragrant spices. Curry leaf chicken features two hallmark ingredients of South Indian cuisine. The first, as the name suggests, is curry leaves and the other one is coconut. Whether its coconut milk, chunks, or whole, tropical fruit is everywhere in South India. The gravy for this dish requires a few cashews and water while you grind the masala and later adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding more water if needed. This chicken recipe can be served with steamed rice, naan, roti, chapati, phulka, etc.
