A perfect appetizer for any party.

Ingredients

Cornflour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (70g)
Plain flour 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (50g)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Eggs 2
Water 2 Tablespoon
Pork fillets 500 Gram (scotch, cut into 1 1/2 cm pieces)
Oil 1 Liter (For deep frying)
Steamed rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Chopped shallots 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For sweet and sour sauce:
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Green capsicum 1 , chop
Carrot 1 , slice
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , crush
Caster sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (115g)
White vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125ml)
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
Canned pineapple pieces 425 Gram , drained (in natural juices, 1 can)
