Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , slice
Brown onion 1 , slice
Grated ginger 1 Tablespoon
Ground tumeric 1 Teaspoon
Chickpeas 3 , drained
Brown lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs) , drained
Chicken stock cube 1
Boiling water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Garnishes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Chopped cilantro, Fried garlic and chillies)
