To add more far to this recipe, use coconut oil or butter instead of oil. Tofu can be replaced with 2 eggs. This recipe is for a delicious Keto fried rice, the ultimate alternative to fried rice. Works great with almost any dish or just itself!

Ingredients

Tofu 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Diced bell peppers 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) ((colourful))
Cauliflower head 1/2 , blend
Mushrooms 5 , blend
Spring onion whites 4 , blend
Broccoli head 1/2 , blend
Celery stalks 3 Small
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste
Green peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Chilli sauce To Taste
