Salt To Taste

For manchurian sauce:
Tomato puree 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped celery 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus extra for garnish)
Chopped spring onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus extra for garnish)
Red chilli paste 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Cornstarch slurry 2 Tablespoon
Water 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)
Oil 2 Tablespoon
