These eggs are delicious and nutritious and made lighter in calories by using light Sour cream and Turkey bacon.
Boiled eggs | 10 Large , halved | |
Rashers | 4 , julienned (Turkey Bacon) | |
Sour cream | 4 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Franks red hot sauce | 1 Dash | |
For garnish: | ||
Cherry tomato | 2 , slivered | |
Parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
Paprika | To Taste |
MAKING:
In a large bowl, mash egg yolks and add sour cream to it.
Mix well and season with salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Saute rashers in a skillet and allow to cool once cooked.
Add to egg mixture and mix well.
Transfer to piping bag and pipe the mixture into egg white shells.
Garnish as desired.
