LOW CAL Deviled EGGS With TURKEY Bacon And Sour Cream

These eggs are delicious and nutritious and made lighter in calories by using light Sour cream and Turkey bacon.

Ingredients

Boiled eggs 10 Large , halved
Rashers 4 , julienned (Turkey Bacon)
Sour cream 4 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Franks red hot sauce 1 Dash
For garnish:
Cherry tomato 2 , slivered
Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Paprika To Taste

Directions

MAKING:                        

In a large bowl, mash egg yolks and add sour cream to it.

Mix well and season with salt, pepper and hot sauce.

Saute rashers in a skillet and allow to cool once cooked.

Add to egg mixture and mix well.

Transfer to piping bag and pipe the mixture into egg white shells.

Garnish as desired.
