Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs always disappear in a flash when I bring them to parties! This classic appetizer has smoked salmon, goat cheese, sour cream, a little lemon, and chives. Perfect for New Years Eve or a special party!

Ingredients

Eggs 8 Large
Goat cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (soft, spreadable)
Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon , freshly squeezed
Fresh chives 1 Tablespoon , minced
Smoked salmon 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. Hard boil the eggs.

2. Peel the eggs, cut each egg in half, and remove all the egg yolks to a bowl.

3. Then add the goat cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, chives, salmon, salt, and pepper. Stir well and taste it to make sure it’s seasoned to your liking.

4. Use a piping bag or cookie scoop to fill the egg halves with the smoked salmon goat cheese filling.

5. Keep chilled in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
