Learn how to make Chocolate Crepe Cake at home with Chef Bhumika Bhurani. Today chef Bhumika is going to teach you how to make a chocolate cake without egg and oven. This chocolate cake is made of crepes and whipped cream and is topped with nutella and hazelnut. Do try this no-bake cake at home
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cocoa powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Nutella)|
|Chopped hazelnuts||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chocolate||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.In a bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, mix all the dry ingredients.
2.Add yoghurt, butter and mix well. While you're mixing, keep adding milk and turn it into a batter like consistency.
3.Sieve the batter and keep it aside to rest for 30 minutes.
4.Heat a pan on low flame, add 1/4 cup batter and swirl your pan immediately.
5.Let it cook for some time on both sides. Make at least 20 crepes in the same way.
6.Take a cake board, apply little cream so that the crepe doesn't move. Keep placing the crepe and covering it with cream.
7.Cut out the extra sides of the crepe.
8.Decorate the cake using Nutella, hazelnut and nutties.
9.Serve and enjoy!
