Brown sugar | 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) | |

Self raising flour | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Plain all purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Cocoa | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Cinnamon | 1/3 Teaspoon | |
Nutmeg | 1/3 Teaspoon | |
Ground ginger | 1/3 Teaspoon | |
Icing sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((for decoration))) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Line cupcake tray with paper liners.
MAKING:
In a saucepan, melt chocolate with water.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and beat well using electric mixer.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add self rising flour, all purpose flour, cocoa powder and mix well.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, chocolate mixture and mix well.
Fill the mixture into paper liners in tray.
Pop into oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Once done, allow to cool cakes.
Decorate using icing sugar as shown in the video.
