Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes With Bailey's Irish Cream Frosting

Make Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes with Bailey's Irish Cream Frosting! These are the best chocolate cupcakes! Perfect for St. Patrick's Day!


For cake:
Guinness beer/Stout beer 6 Ounce
Vegetable oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg 1
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Cocoa 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
For frosting:
Soft butter 4 Tablespoon ((stick))
Powdered sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs) , sifted
Irish cream liqueur 4 Tablespoon



1.Preheat oven to 350F.

2.Line cupcake tray with paper liners.


3.In an electric mixer, beat together beer, oil, egg and sugar until smooth.

4.In a bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cocoa and mix well.

5.Add to electric mixer and mix well.

6.Fill the mixture into cupcake tray with liners.

7.Pop into oven and bake for 22 minutes.

8.Allow to cool completely.

9.For frosting, beat butter until creamy and fluffy.

10.Add sugar (in small quantities), Irish cream liqueur and beat well.

11.Frost cupcake with prepared frosting.


12.Serve and enjoy!
