A super leftover recipe.

Cooked idlis 2
Oil 3 Tablespoon ((For frying))
Dry red chillies 3 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Curry leaves 5 Gram
Sesame seeds 1/2 Tablespoon
Chaat powder 1 Teaspoon
Paprika powder 1 Pinch

1. On a chopping board, place the idlis and using a sharp knife slice them vertically and set them aside.

2. In a saucepan on medium heat, add oil, dry red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Temper it for a few seconds and add the idli slices. Stir fry for 1 minute on medium high.

3. Lower the heat and add sesame seeds, mix well and stir fry for another 2 minutes, gently flipping the idlis in between to get an even browning on both sides.

4. Sprinkle it with chaat and paprika powder, stir fry for a few seconds and then transfer it onto a serving plate.

5. Serve the fried idlis with coriander and mint chutney and ketchup.
