Although its the holidays right now, this cheesy dip can be served at any time, in fact it was enjoyed at a picnic this summer! This is a no cook recipe which is really handy over the holidays or anytime you want some fuss free entertaining. If you wish you serve this warm you can just zap it up in the microwave for a few seconds.
|Soft goat cheese||300 Gram (unripened)|
|Fig balsamic vinegar||1 Teaspoon (Fig Balsamic reduction)|
|Hot sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped olives||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Kalamata Olives)|
|Sundried tomatoes||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced green olives||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced sun dried tomatoes||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black olives||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Kalamata Olives)|
|Sliced figs||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Broken walnuts||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Fig balsamic vinegar||2 Tablespoon (Fig Balsamic reduction)|
1. Mix the cheese with the balsamic, hot sauce and the chopped kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes and spread in a serving dish (use a microwave-safe bowl if warming is required).
2. Spread the topping all over the cheese and drizzle with more hot sauce and balsamic vinegar.
3. Serve with crackers.
